CAUGHT IN THE ACT

We were visiting mom one day at her place in Hayward. My older brother and his family were there as well. He's got two boys, and at the time his oldest, Kyle, was 4. Mia was 2-1/2 and loved to be with her older cousin. So we had lunch and were sitting around catching up when we noticed that the two kids were really quiet. This could only mean trouble... right? Armed with my camera, I quietly snuck into the various rooms looking for the two troublemakers. *hehe* I was thinking of all the trouble that my brother and I got in to (allegedly) when we were their age. I thought for sure they had found my mom's make up in her bathroom and were applying it on one another. I turned the corner quickly to give a quick "AH-HA"... but the bathroom was empty!! Then I heard it, the crinkling sound of candy wrappers!! I rememberd that Kyle had walked in with a big bag of jelly beans. He was told specifically by his mom that she would open them after lunch. It seems Kyle took the initiative to open them himself. He and Mia had gone into the guest room where they thought no one was going to see them. I saw them, pointed my camera and captured them dividing up the jellybeans with one another. I got in position, then said "... hey you two" and captured a classic "gotcha" moment!! The looks on their faces are priceless. *haha*

Mia & Kyle - GOTCHA!!
